Most common software problems:
- I get a "You are not authorized to use this
program!" after I enter my User ID and
Serialization Code when I am trying to activate my product: Your User
ID has already been used. You are permitted to use the program on one
computer only, per the software agreement. E-mail us if you feel you
have gotten this message by mistake.
- XP users may experience an error box appearing on program start-up.
Click OK and our products will run without problems.
- No Video/sound: you need the correct media player and version.

- The screen does not show all the buttons. You need to change you
Display settings. Click "Start" > "Settings"
> "Control Panel" > "Display" >
"Settings". Change your colors to 16,24, or 32 bit and the
screen area to 800 X 600. You may have to restart your computer.
