Most common software problems:

  1. I get a "You are not authorized to use this program!" after I enter my User ID and Serialization Code when I am trying to activate my product:  Your User ID has already been used.  You are permitted to use the program on one computer only, per the software agreement.  E-mail us if you feel you have gotten this message by mistake.
  2. XP users may experience an error box appearing on program start-up.  Click OK and our products will run without problems.
  3. No Video/sound:  you need the correct media player and version.  Click here for the free download.
  4. The screen does not show all the buttons.  You need to change you Display settings.  Click "Start" > "Settings" > "Control Panel" > "Display" > "Settings".  Change your colors to 16,24, or 32 bit and the screen area to 800 X 600.  You may have to restart your computer.
